Meet the partners

Tony Crisp FCA

I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 and worked in a top 10 London Practice before returning to Giess Wallis Crisp LLP becoming a partner in 1991. I enjoy working with small and medium sized businesses as it gives me the opportunity to get involved at a strategic level. I spend my time talking with clients about their business, resolving issues, attending management meetings and networking with businesses in the local community. When it comes to tax law I pride myself on ensuring clients have a plain English understanding of the Law which helps in achieving good sound tax planning strategies. I manage a varied portfolio of clients across a wide range of business sectors, in particular Dentists, Opticians and Solicitors.

I enjoy most sports particularly watching and playing football and I am a Trustee at the local community Sports Centre.

Andrew Taffs FCA

I joined Giess Wallis Crisp LLP in 1985, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and appointed as a Partner in 2002.

My experience and extensive financial and taxation knowledge coupled with a personable and professional approach to accountancy is a winning formula when assisting both corporate and personal clients. I like to work closely with clients talking and meeting on a regular basis to keep up to date and be proactive with advice.

I enjoy watching most sports and play golf
